Description: Direct Hire, Scrum Master, Remote – must be local to Nashville, TN, $135K Project Scope: Oversee and support multiple teams working on key initiatives. This role involves fostering collaboration, maintaining focus on team goals, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects using Agile principles. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Oversee sprint progress, identify and resolve blockers, and manage release planning. Utilize tools like TFS/ADO to track tasks and maintain progress. Balance structure and flexibility to adapt processes as needed. Promote a positive team environment, shielding teams from distractions and fostering focus. Requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CSP, PMP, or PMI-ACP certifications. 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Previous hands-on experience as a QA or Developer is a must Proven experience in Agile methodologies, project management, and SDLC.
