**Job Description:**
Focused Staffing Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented School Custodian to join our team. As a custodian, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your availability while meeting the needs of the school.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of classrooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Maintain the school grounds by clearing debris and managing outdoor trash, along with light landscaping tasks as required.
- Report safety hazards, damages, or maintenance needs to the appropriate staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and comply with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check.
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and using cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the school community.
