The SAP FICO Lead Analyst will be responsible for managing the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring seamless integration and operation within the organization's financial systems. This role involves leading SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.

Hybrid position with flexibility in work location, requiring strong expertise in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

• Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementation, configuration, and support.
• Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and patches in the SAP FICO module.
• Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA) and integrate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HR).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial operations and reporting within SAP FICO.
• Lead SAP FICO projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Provide expert-level support and training for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and generate accurate financial reports.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: SAP FICO certification (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years working with SAP FICO, including full life-cycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
  • Experience leading SAP projects and cross-functional teams.
  • SAP FICO configuration, customization, and integration expertise.
• Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Preferred experience with S/4HANA Finance and SAP integration with MM, SD.
  • Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements (SOX, IFRS).

• The role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
• Prior experience in IT consulting or ERP implementation is a plus.
