Job Title:- SAP FICO Architect

Location : New jersey (Day 1 On-site) (Local Only)

Job Type:- Contract

Job Description-

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FICO solutions, specifically focusing on Costing and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in SAP S/4HANA .
• Work closely with business leaders to define and analyze finance business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure, customize, and optimize SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, ensuring integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
• Provide expertise on SAP FICO best practices, and guide the team in adopting industry-standard methodologies for financial management processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP FICO implementation, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Support the business in mapping financial data and reporting requirements in alignment with industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users to improve system adoption and ensure proper understanding of SAP FICO functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO functionality and performance.
• Continuously improve financial reporting capabilities, streamline cost management, and ensure accurate financial statements within the SAP system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module design and configuration.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO), including Costing, Record-to-Report (R2R), and financial close processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Costing processes, including internal order management, cost center accounting, and product costing.
• Proven experience with R2R (Record-to-Report) processes, including financial accounting (FI), management accounting (CO), and integration with other modules.
• Experience in leading SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• SAP certifications in FICO or S/4HANA modules are highly desirable.
