You Are:
A transformation ace with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how, creativity and analytical powers to solve clients most complex business problems to help their companies do more. Youre as comfortable leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you possess the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.
The Work:
- Support our clients as SAP basis expert with thorough understanding of the latest SAP technology, tools, and architecture
- Identify, assesses and solves complex SAP technology problems
- Perform system-wide analysis regarding the allocation of enterprise application technology and performance
- Develop analysis of technology architecture design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts
- Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions
- Ability to communicate technical issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
- Manages small-medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Basis or SAP Tech Arch experience, either Cloud or on-premise
- Minimum 1 year or SAP HANA or S/4HANA Basis experience
- Minimum 1 year of helping to manage a team of technical SAP resources, on or offshore
- Experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associates Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below. Colorado $63,200 to $163,000
District of Columbia $67,300 to $173,500
New York $58,500 to $188,600
