About the Role:

• Lead a team of stylists and provide guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth
• Collaborate with other salon managers to share best practices and ideas

Requirements:

• Cosmetology license and excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic salon environment
