Job Description
The Assistant Salon Manager (ASM) is a leader in the organization, assisting the Store Manager in the managing of a Fantastic Sams salon. In this position, the ASM is responsible for assisting with all salon operations and can maximize their own earnings and advancement potential by delivering on detailed job duties.
The ASM role is responsible for assisting and leading with all operations in their salon. Many of these responsibilities will fall to personnel within the salon or the Salon Manager, but the ASM should take their involvement in salon management seriously.
Key responsibilities for the ASM include:
• Assisting with team member training
• Assisting with salon facilities management / cleanliness
• Maintaining proper product and supply stocking levels (primary lead)
• Employee conflict resolution
• Promoting salon services
• Providing service as a Master Stylist/Stylist
• Meeting or exceeding current salon SPG, PPG and PPH goals
