Salesforce Systems Administrator Location Remote in Portland, OR :

Description

This position is remote.

Participate in designing and detailing processes related to the software development life cycle and Understand the existing system (Salesforce and/or SAP tools) and best practice processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • Upon hire: Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 2 years Troubleshoot issues, document process, review checklists, and develop reference implementations
  • 1 year Provide production support - monitor applications, batch jobs, servers, network devices, databases, operating systems, raise and acknowledge tickets
  • 1 year Support technical team in deployment with activities to ensure a smooth go-live of new processes, products, or systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Within 1 year of hire Salesforce Developer I Certification
  • 6 months Exposure to an object-oriented programming language
  • 6 months Participate in designing and detailing processes related to the software development life cycle
  • 1 year Understand the existing system (Salesforce and/or SAP tools) and best practice processes to document edits and training documentation
  • 1 year of Health Care experience in health plan administration systems with Salesforce

The salary range listed for this position MIN:$32.98 to MAX:$52.50 per hour is based upon the primary work location Portland, OR. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
