👋 Hi, I’m Joe - Director of Technical Operations here at Dwolla. I’m looking for an ambitious Salesforce Administrator who has a passion for building and administering Salesforce functionality to support business process innovations.
Here is what you can expect to work on in this critical role:
You will help develop and implement a vision for the next iteration of Dwolla’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool ecosystem in support of company growth. 🚀As a Salesforce Administrator II at Dwolla, your primary responsibility will be to support business innovation through the delivery of Salesforce-related functionality and data analysis . You will focus on configuring the Salesforce environment, creating reports, and providing services to Dwolla employees. You’ll also work hands-on with the latest Salesforce technologies including new AI offerings.
How do our Salesforce Administrators spend their time?
You can expect to spend about 50% of your time building and improving functionality within the Salesforce platform and about 20% of your time working with stakeholders on new requests. Additionally, roughly 20% of your time will be spent creating and updating internal documentation and business processes. Lastly, you’ll spend about 10% on project planning using Agile methodologies.
