As an in-home Sales Representative, your role will involve meeting with customers in the comfort of their homes, expertly guiding them through the flooring selection process, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs.
  • Provide customers with expert advice and guide them through the selection process.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Accurately measure rooms, provide quotes, and complete sales orders.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Receiving comprehensive and ongoing sales training from day one to ensure your success.

Requirements

  • No experience required! We will train you!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to take control of your own earnings.
  • Able to work weekdays and Saturdays.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and your own transportation.
