As a Sales Operations Manager in our Olympia, Washington location, you will play a critical role in driving growth, expanding material flow partnerships, and strengthening client relationships. You will lead sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and help ensure exceptional customer service—directly supporting our mission of secure and sustainable electronics recycling. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure high-value material flow contracts through cold-calling, networking, and relationship building with local SMBs and residential organizations.
  • Promote and sell Paladin Envirotech’s highly competitive free electronics recycling services.
  • Convert high-volume collections into high-value outcomes through effective commodity sales and reuse-revenue strategies.
  • Operate a box truck and plan efficient pickup routes to maximize productivity and material capture.
  • Oversee e-waste processing activities, including sorting, testing, and ensuring secure data destruction in alignment with R2 and RIOS standards.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team as business needs grow.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the electronics, recycling, ITAD, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or comparable CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with R2, RIOS:2016, or other industry standards is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment that blends operations with sales strategy.
