We're seeking a Sales Director – IT Solutions & Staffing Services to lead our business development efforts across the US market. This onsite role is perfect for a driven, client-focused sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep knowledge of both IT solutions and staffing models.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across IT services and staffing—ERP, CRM, and digital transformation projects.
Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and HR leaders.
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and technical teams to create customized client solutions.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and deal status.
Stay informed on industry trends including AI/ML, cloud, digital transformation, and staffing compliance.

Qualifications

8–12 years of B2B sales experience in IT services and staffing.
In-depth knowledge of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and experience with MSP/VMS platforms.
Proven track record in selling software development, cloud, or digital transformation services.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
