Our client is seeking a Direct Sales Analyst to enhance analytics, strategy, and insight generation for our Direct to SMB market. This role focuses on customer acquisition via B2B channels and optimizing sales processes to improve customer experience. The primary stakeholders include Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and frontline sales teams. The Analyst will leverage data to provide actionable insights that boost sales productivity, customer satisfaction, and acquisition targets.

This position reports to the Head of Go-To-Market Analytics and collaborates closely with Revenue Operations, Data Science, and Product teams.

Responsibilities include:

1. Establish relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
2. Build and maintain sales forecasts and KPIs to monitor business health and efficiency.
3. Use data to generate insights that improve sales team productivity, including quota setting, sales touchpoint effectiveness, and channel penetration.
4. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for direct acquisition success.
5. Serve as a key insight provider and strategic partner to sales leaders.

Qualifications:

• Educational background or professional experience in analytics or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an analytics role working with business or finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel or GSuite.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Redash.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing ambiguity and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders.
