RV Sales Associate - Recreational Vehicles Are you looking for an opportunity where you can help people by creating their dream "Away"? Rick's RV Center is looking for an RV Sales Associate. You don't need previous sales experience to take advantage of this RV sales opportunity with unlimited earning potential. What you need is a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people and a knack for paying attention to even the smallest details. We will provide the training you need to succeed! Candidates who have excelled in this position include former business owners, educators and insurance agents, but we are open to anyone with passion, drive and potential.

Essential Job Responsibilities - Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
- Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Generate ideas to exceed sales goals
- To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends (Saturdays)
- Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
Qualifications - Commitment to superior customer service
- Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
