This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting higher-level technicians in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities include: Perform job functions under supervision. Inspect and validate rope access equipment for safety and compliance. Assist in setting up equipment. Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions. Record inspection results. Ascend, descend, and maneuver on ropes safely. Assist in basic rescue operations. Maintain current certifications per IRATA or SPRAT standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills required: Physical ability to work at heights. Ability to follow directions. Willingness to learn and team-oriented mindset. Mechanical aptitude and safety awareness. Dependability and strong work ethic. Good communication skills. Ability to work overtime and travel as needed. Valid driver’s license and age 18+. Education: IRATA/SPRAT Level 1 Certification.
