The Hill at Whitemarsh, a five-star community in beautiful Lafayette Hill, PA, seeks a professional experienced RNAC for our upscale Skilled Nursing community. This position will help drive excellence in the healthcare delivery to residents of The Hill at Whitemarsh community and to assist with maintaining our 5 Star Rating through quality management and compliance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in planning, organization and direction of QAPI programs and related activities.
• Establish and maintain tracking systems for identified problems/indicators of the QAPI program.
• Assist in developing and delivering educational programs.
• Attend CQI Committee meeting to report on all data collection results from reporting audits and any plan of corrections.
• Serve as liaison between Residents, families, physicians and other hospital personnel.
• Act as team leader by demonstrating leadership as a preceptor, Team Members nurse, supervisor and consultant of fellow associates.
• Establish a good rapport and cooperative relationship with the financial aspect of the job.
• Responsible for the completion of the MDS 3.0 assessment instrument per time frames established by the Federal and State regulatory agencies and facility policy.
• Prepare and maintain organized, complete documentation on/in each Resident chart.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• At least 1 year experience as an RN completing MDS assessments and knowledge of Quality Measures
• Licensed RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Firm working understanding of Skilled Nursing regulatory guidelines and of Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) Manual.
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Strong computer skillsWord, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
