Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

 

We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who are personable, confident, and genuinely excited to connect with others. The ideal candidate is outgoing, authentic, and thrives in social settings—someone who can spark meaningful conversations, build trust quickly, and represent Marvin with pride.

 

As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Marvin Replacement at retail locations across Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua . Your mission: engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in-home consultation services.

Highlights of your role:

• Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—this position requires reliable transportation
• Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions
• Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in-home consultation appointments
• Set up and maintain professional displays

Available Shifts:

• Days: Wednesday-Sunday (9am-3pm)
• Evenings: Wednesday-Sunday (3pm-8:30pm)

• Can handle rejection with confidence — you know that every “no” gets you closer to a “yes.”
• Enjoy helping customers — you’re energized by engaging with people and making a great first impression.

Also want to make sure you have:

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a smartphone 
• Have reliable transportation—this role requires travel between Waltham, Dedham, and Nashua.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs — setting up displays is part of the job.
• Are comfortable on your feet — you’ll be standing and moving around during your shift.

Compensation: Earn $24 – $34+/hr—guaranteed hourly pay of $24/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead
