At Flynn Arby's, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities: - Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant - Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests - Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards - Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls - Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment - Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required This position offers a robust benefits package, Health Savings Account (HSA), Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401(K) Plan + Company Match, Paid Time Off, Employee Resource Group(s), Tuition Reimbursement program through Colorado Technical University, and much, much more!
