As an HVAC Installer with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you’ll perform top-quality residential HVAC installations , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, always treating customers with the utmost respect and attention . This role includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning , while following workplace procedures and safety guidelines. What You’ll Do As an HVAC Installer, you will: Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats Perform equipment and parts upgrades with quality and efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate installations Follow safety protocols and industry regulations at all times Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships with homeowners Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites and vehicles Document work accurately using ServiceTitan or similar software What It Takes to Succeed We’re looking for installers who bring: At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Mechanical aptitude and solid troubleshooting skills Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals Excellent communication and professionalism with customers and coworkers Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Commitment to safety, integrity, and professional excellence Why You’ll Love Working Here At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, you’ll work in a supportive environment that values your talent, helps you grow, and rewards your hard work .
