Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and tone
• Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize engagement and reach
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, and how to leverage them for business results
• Excellent content creation, writing, and editing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content for search
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.)
