Job Description:

As a Remote Luxury Travel Advisor you ll work oneonone with clients to plan and book exceptional luxury vacations. This role requires a deep knowledge of premium travel options excellent communication and a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences. From arranging personalized itineraries to managing reservations and ensuring seamless travel experiences you will be the goto expert for all things luxury travel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide personalized recommendations
  
• Research and book highend accommodations transportation dining and exclusive experiences
  
• Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through posttrip followup ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  
• Keep uptodate with luxury travel trends emerging destinations and VIP services
  
• Handle all booking logistics including payment processing itinerary adjustments and travel documentation
  

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in luxury travel planning or as a travel advisor preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of luxury destinations exclusive resorts and premium experiences
  
• Excellent communication skills attention to detail and a clientfirst attitude
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet client expectations
  
• Proficiency in travel booking software or a willingness to learn
