Job Summary for Remote Customer Service Representative SouthEnd Psychiatry


- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm telehealth and in-person appointments using digital systems
- Assist patients with billing, insurance, and general questions
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
