We're looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative , working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Roanoke, Virginia, United States .

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits.
• Focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.
• Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.
• Answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid
• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others.
• Handle sensitive information

Experience Required for Your Success

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Call Center experience with ability to work with dual monitors.
• Knowledgeable about Medicare and Medicaid.
• Must have strong internet speed, ethernet connection, private place to work from home (hardwired into the internet)
• Reliable person
• Fast learner
• Team player
• Caring and willing to be a healthcare advocate for our members.
• Able to show empathy and have patience.
• Able to use resources to find answers to our members' questions.
