This position is located in the Policy and Compliance Unit and is responsible for general monitoring of and support to all clinical and administrative food service and dietary activities, in conjunction with the Veterans Homes of California (VHC) Administrators and the Department leadership. This position requires broad clinical experience to coordinate implementation of statewide best practices programs. The incumbent monitors and documents nutritional needs and goals, maintains policies and procedures regarding food service department production, presentation and clinical sanitation, security, safety, and estimate food and supply needs on a timely basis for the VHC program of the Department.Apply today to join our team!
