Regional Sales Manager - Medical Equipment We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to help grow our presence in the medical equipment sector, specifically targeting Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons with our cutting-edge laser technologies. The role offers a base salary of $75,000, along with an uncapped commission structure where the estimated annual earnings exceed $350,000. Successful professionals in this role can potentially earn upwards of $600,000. This position includes a car allowance and covers all travel expenses, embracing a vigorous travel schedule that underpins our direct sales approach. Salary: $75,000 per year plus uncapped commission Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the Upstate NY & Western CT territories. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance benchmarks accordingly. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase market share. Coordinate logistics, appointment setting, and post-sale follow-up. Engage in high-volume cold-calling and face-to-face client meetings to ensure sales targets are met. Regularly travel, including overnights and weekends, to various client locations to drive product awareness and sales initiation. Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. At least 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the medical device or B2B sectors. Proven ability to achieve sales quotas. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aesthetic device market selling to Med Spas, Dermatologists, or Plastic Surgeons. Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Skills: Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Skill in presenting data and complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. Drive and motivation to exceed objectives and deliver results.
