Saint-Gobain’s Recruiting Programs Team is now hiring an intern that will include a blend of marketing, public relations, and recruitment activities, all to further hone and build Saint-Gobain’s talent programs while ensuring a great employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with early career and programs recruiting.
• Initiate networking events/engagement activities for interns across sites.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing recruitment data, preparing reports on key metrics, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, or responding to candidate inquiries.
• Create social media content to update internal and external audiences on SG Programs:

Create marketing/newsletter materials for participating interns and their represented colleges/universities.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools is a plus.
