Overview As the Recruiter in our Las Vegas Distribution Center, the ideal candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment across our facility and North America supply chain team. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to build strong pipelines, attract top talent, and support regional hiring needs. This role covers end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, with occasional support for regional hiring. You will also ensure a smooth candidate experience and strengthen our talent presence. What You’ll Do End‑to‑end management of sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent for assigned open positions. Partner with HR and Operations to champion a workplace where associates thrive, driving internal mobility, succession planning, and innovative solutions. Act as the liaison between external recruiting partners and the Operations Team to assure contingent labor meets operational needs. Serve as a Crocs brand ambassador, delivering outstanding candidate experience by conducting digital recruitment, upholding the integrity of job postings, and ensuring a detailed interview process from start to finish. Create and implement sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and networks. Contribute to broader talent initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment marketing, community presence, and local campus recruitment efforts. What You’ll Bring to the Table 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Distribution. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors). Ability to support 15–20 requisitions concurrently. Your participation in this flexible schedule is key to building a connected and successful team. In‑office requirements vary: Resident (5 days), Collaborator (4 days), Connector (2–3 days), Explorer (fully remote). This role aligns with the Resident persona.
