Preferred Location: South Florida but not required All South FL employees will be required to meet in office 1x a month for team huddles.

Pay Rate: $15 $18 per hour Bonus Opportunities

Employment Type: PartTime (Minimum 15 20 hours per week Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Sole Hire is seeking a motivated and experienced PartTime Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This remote role requires candidates to reside on the East Coast and have a background in recruiting within the manufacturing education and/or ecommerce industries. Preference will be given to candidates with an HR background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
  
• Conduct preliminary interviews and perform detailed reference checks.
  
• Engage effectively with candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for roles.
  
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho ATS and other job boards to source candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience.
  
• Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and speak effectively with candidates.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter ZoHo ATS and similar job boards.
  
• High school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorships available.
  
• Must know how to use Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  
• Preferred background in HR.
  
• Speaking Spanish is a plus!

• Sole Hire will provide a work computer and access to job boards to ensure you have the tools needed for success.
  
• Flexible hours within the Monday to Friday workweek allowing for a balanced worklife schedule. Typical Schedule:
  
• Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 12 PM or 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  
• Friday 9:00 AM to 1 PM
