We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Culver City, California. As a Recruiter, your primary role will be to oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining all pertinent recruitment data and ensuring adherence to relevant laws. This role offers a contract with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend staffing and program needs
• Develop innovative strategies and programs to attract potential candidates
• Oversee and manage all activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on trends and data
• Carry out comprehensive recruitment, selection and other employment-related activities for all positions
• Build relationships with employment agencies, online recruiting sources, and other recruiting sources to source job applicants; also responsible for creating and placing employment advertisements and job postings in suitable media locations
• Review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, make recommendations to managers; conduct background/reference checks, negotiate and coordinate offers
• Offer advice and guidance to management in making employment-related decisions
• Ensure all resumes, application forms, and applicant flow logs are maintained in compliance with applicable laws.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role within the healthcare industry, preferably within the NHS.
• Proven track record of conducting background checks on potential hires to ensure their suitability for roles within the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with the use of Applicant Track Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
• Experience in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Thorough understanding and experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes within the healthcare industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with potential hires and healthcare professionals.
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to assess candidate suitability swiftly and accurately.
