We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team! Your main job duties will be to conduct the full cycle recruitment process including screening and second round interviews of candidates, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring the completion of employment documents and on-boarding procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day hiring plans.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for operational roles (e.g., supply chain, logistics, facilities, customer support, field operations).
• Streamline the recruitment process to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, partnerships with universities).
• Develop compelling job postings and employer branding content that resonates with operations teams.
• Oversee learning and development programs, onboarding, certifications, and career progression paths for operations staff.
• Design workforce analytics dashboards to monitor turnover, engagement, productivity, training ROI, and safety metrics.
• Lead DEI strategies within the operations context and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations issues with a focus on timely resolution, coaching, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure seamless onboarding, workforce planning, and a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure HR policies and processes align with safety, labor regulations, and company standards.
• Drive process improvements in HR operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Degree in Human Resources Management is an Asset
• Solid ability to conduct different types of virtual and in-person interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results oriented mindset
