Operations Manager for Real Estate Team

The Real Estate Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of a high-performing real estate team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to manage a wide range of tasks effectively. Responsibilities

•Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up on all transactions and deadlines
•Oversee and maintain communication with clients, team members, and a virtual assistant to facilitate smooth workflow and efficient task management and accountability
•Support the team by preparing, reviewing, and submitting offers in a timely and accurate manner using MLS, Car Forms, and CRM
•Open doors for inspectors, photographers, appraisers, or contractors
•Ensuring Team Leader is on track with all responsibilities
•Schedule and conduct property inspections with the required documentation

Qualifications

•Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills
•Proficiency in real estate software and tools (e.g., CRM, transaction management platforms, MLS knowledge)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work collaboratively with team members and adapt to shifting priorities
•Knowledge of real estate processes, including offers, marketing, and transaction coordination, is a plus The Julian Group
