We're looking for a customer service  SUPERSTAR!

You will have the opportunity to be a part of our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting our real estate agents, office staff, and management team in the day to day business.

Responsibilities Include:

- Manage an active Book of Business (outbound calls, emails, texts)

- Answering phones/emails and greeting guests with a warm welcome

- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close

- Assist team members in the processing of all paperwork for the listing and selling of residential or commercial real estate

- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available

- Keeping the office clean and presentable

- Prompt and accurate communication with clients and other external business partners

- Ordering supplies and marketing materials

- Printing contracts, flyers, and marketing material

- Ad-hoc projects assigned by management team

Preferred Qualifications:

- 1+ years of relevant Real Estate Experience (Active Real Estate Salesperson license a plus - or willingness to obtain licensure within 3-6 months of employment)

- Positive attitude, driven and quick learner

- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once, and manage crucial deadlines

- Able to thrive and work independently in high-paced situations where challenges and urgent situations come up and require attention

- The ability to work well as part of a team - supporting a team-first mindset

- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Extensive excel knowledge a plus

-Knowledge of relevant social media platforms
