Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance presentations using outstanding PowerPoint skills.
• Create visually compelling marketing materials using excellent InDesign skills.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Assist in the marketing and production of our successful podcast.
• Demonstrate outstanding writing skills for various content needs.
• Execute high-quality marketing strategies to promote our projects and company.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PowerPoint and InDesign.
• Strong social media skills across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Interest in real estate development is a plus.
