Quarry Supervisor-Crusher-Aggregates:

What you can expect:

• Pay based on experience

What you will do:

• Coordinate asphalt plant activity as well as drilling and blasting schedules.
• Communicate daily workload.
• Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
• Collaboration with all lines of business to ensure the balancing of resources.
• Perform daily maintenance on various pieces of equipment.
• Assist with cost inputs for budgets.
• Daily leadership and facilitate appropriate training for your team.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork.
