Job Description:
NATO HQ Supreme Allied Command Transformation (NATO SACT) is seeking contract support for the capture, development, architecture, data science and quality assurance of capability requirements and operational analysis necessary to adapt to future threats and explore long-term military strategy to shape how NATO's forces will operate in the future. To support our NATO customer, SimIS Inc seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to serve as a member of the Requirements Core Development Team to verify that capability requirements align with Operational Requirements, Capability Targets, and other high-level requirements in support of NATO force design and strategic decision making. 

Qualifications:
  • BS degree in engineering, information systems, business administration or related disciplines.
  • Five years’ experience in the application of requirements quality management to acquisition processes.
  • Three years of experience in evaluating requirements for consistency and alignment across lines of military capability development (doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and interoperability).
  • Recent experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance of requirements development in procurement/acquisition programs.
  • Recent experience in managing requirements in accordance with formal configuration and change management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and establishment of quality criteria, quality control, and quality assurance procedures as related to requirements management.
  • Contribute to the development of directives and standard operating procedures that apply to the quality control and assurance of capability requirements development and management.
  • Monitor requirements developed in all life cycle stages to ensure quality and to ensure they remain valid, applicable, and continue to satisfy operational user needs.
  • Support identification of options for resolving requirements management issues.
  • Contribute to the development of quality control and assurance assessment tools and reports.
