PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED! ROOFING/CONSTRUCTION KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED!

HOURLY PAY + COMMISSION!

Your job as a Project Manager is to execute service work and smaller attentive jobs, to manage and ensure quality upkeep and scheduling with operating crews, manage inventory upkeep on supplies and company tools, upkeep on company vehicles and equipment. To be willing to perform tasks assigned to benefit businesses growth!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing

• Help strategize marketing ideas based off lead reports
• Dress well and always Represent Business Image
• Maintain and upgrade Presentation Literature & Folders When needed
• Upkeep on cleanliness of Sales Truck & required Maintenance
• Door hangers
• Yard Signs @ main corners
• Social Interaction w/ Community
• Attendance in local referral groups

Outside Sales

• Master Greeting & Sales Pitch
• Fully Understand Inspection Checklist
• Master The Art of Focusing the sale on resolving the customers problems
• Ensuring internal sales is maintaining their roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring Acculynx is updated daily
• Understanding of contract terms
• All colors and final agreements arranged
• Understanding of roof inspections
• Transferring Jobs to Production
• Keeping track of your commission reporting
• Update metrics on goal boards and the overall goal board as a TEAM
• Weekly meeting with managers to reflect and brainstorm

System Development

• Continue adding to and systematizing Price Sheet
• Continue Updating Acculynx
• Get consistent with New Roof Software
• Create Customer Satisfaction Tracker
• Offer Financing
• Update Material Lists and Costs in Acculynx as needed

Reporting

• Daily Sales conversion reports updated on goal boards
• Weekly Sales Conversion Reports updated on goal boards
• Monthly Sales Conversions updated on goal boards
• Customer Satisfaction
• Excel Follow up sheet completed and updated daily

Team Development

• Monthly Meeting Discussing your promises and expectations as a sales manager
• Training classes to include CARE training
• Read books and take notes on them to study and remind yourself of the change you are making for not only yourself or your family and team but for the world

Meditation

• Attendance of group activities
• Building a bond so strong nothing can stop it
• Personal Development & Training
• Attendance of Seminars

Care Training

• Reading books and taking notes of how it can be applied to my life
• Upkeep of product literature as things change
• Keeping up with and developing a network list
• 3’ card rule work on this

Meditation

• Management of the Sales Team
