Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating change management activities for the Cybersecurity Network Defense team.
• Position has single point accountability and is responsible for management, or assisting management, of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure change success factors are met.
• The role will lead weekly planning and scheduling meetings which will also include reviewing changes to ensure they complete on time.
• Provide leadership, oversight management, delegation, and coordination to the various internal and external organizations.
• Establish and maintain communications among all project/program’s stakeholders.
• Execute changes according to plans within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints Includes objectives, stakeholders, scope, roles and responsibilities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:IT Project management , Cybersecurity, project planning , Scheduling Cost Controls, (PMP or CAPM).
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• 2 year degree. Demonstrated knowledge of basic project management principles.
• Project related work school experience; Demonstrated to Working Knowledge in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Collaborative Team Member.
• Graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Utility Technical Certifications Training or PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates.
• Demonstrated to Working knowledge in project related Scheduling Cost Controls.
• The Project Management Specialist may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to senior department management).
