Project Assistants for Esports World Cup 2025 job at Shoutt International Ltd Remote, US

Job Description

We’re looking for 2 freelance Project Assistants to work on the Esports World Cup 2025! Join us in preparing for the world’s biggest esports event! Timeline: ASAP – end of Sept 2025 Location: Fully Remote Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day operational support for esports projects and resource coordination
Track key deliverables, maintain action logs, and help ensure timely achievement of project milestones
Join relevant meetings and communications to monitor progress, flag risks, and support early intervention where needed
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure information is accurate, aligned, and up to date across all workstreams
Manage project documentation, reporting, and general tracking of tasks and dependencies

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in esports, gaming, or the live events industry
Exposure to large-scale or international events involving multi-stakeholder coordination
Strong attention to detail with a structured, reliable approach to project tracking and follow-up
Comfortable working in dynamic, remote-first environments
