What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support & Engagement – Assist customers in using our product, gathering feedback, and improving the user experience.
• Data Analytics & Reporting – Analyze customer data, generate reports, and extract insights to help drive product improvements.
• UX/UI Requirement Design – Collaborate with the product team to refine user experience and contribute to basic UX/UI requirement documentation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with engineering, customer success, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of product features.
• Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize product usability and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
• Interest in customer success, UX/UI, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Eager to support the team in any capacity needed.
• Dedicated and hardworking professional with a commitment to excellence.
