About the Product Experience (PX) team: We're a diverse group of creative people that love to learn, collaborate, and solve large-scale problems. We're looking for an inquisitive, curious, and talented Product Designer to join our team. Your work will impact and influence the user experience of a product used by millions of people daily. In this role you will join our Platform design team and work closely with other designers, engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design key growth-related experiences such as onboarding, product recommendations, and more. If you're a systems-thinking Product Designer who's excited to work on significant, meaningful, and complex problems with real-world impact, come help us make the Internet better! We'd love to hear from you. What you'll do: Demonstrate talent and passion for designing end-to-end user experiences. Distill complex, technical problems into approachable products and features using ideation, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to work through technical tradeoffs that affect products and roadmaps. Partner with other designers on the design team to collaborate on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals. Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams. Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture. Make time to mentor entry-level designers on the team and share your craft, learning as you teach. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience 5+ years of product design experience, ideally designing technical tools for business. Experience designing for growth, including acquisition, conversion, and retention experiences Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decision-making Ability to advocate for user centered design and be the voice of customers. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Technical expertise and an understanding of network services are a plus. Compensation Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $135,000 - $165,000 For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $154,000 - $188,000 For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $162,000 - $198,000 Equity This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
