Job Description

Statewide private investigative agency specializing in insurance claims investigations has an entry level, or experienced (C or CC licensed investigator) full-time position available. Combination of in-home office and field work. Bilingual Spanish required.

For entry level position, applicant must have demonstrated an interest in the Private Investigative Field (Criminal Justice Degree, Adjuster, Paralegal, Military, Journalism, or related field). We offer extensive in house & field training to include PI course, licensing, and equipment.

Job Description - Investigate the facts surrounding insurance claims. Responsibilities include: recorded statements, locates, accident scene investigations, backgrounds, social media and asset investigations, desktop research, in-depth claims investigations, and notarization of documents. Produce accurate, timely and detailed reports. Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and some weekends. Approximately 70 percent of the time is desktop investigations and 30 percent is field work. Primary territory is Broward County but will also travel to south Palm Beach County and Dade County.

Qualifications Speak fluent Spanish, ability to work independently, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, communicate effectively, both written and verbally. Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, professional, organized, strong work and personal ethics and team oriented. Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and other related computer applications. Must have a dependable vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and internet access.
