Seeking outstanding Private Duty Nurses (LVNs) to provide exceptional care for adult patients in the Conroe, Spring, and Willis areas of Texas. Responsibilities include administering medical treatments in patients' homes, conducting regular condition assessments throughout shifts, and maintaining accurate documentation in the Kantime EMR system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Compensation: LVN: $24 - $26 per hour RN: $32 - $35 per hour

Physical Setting: Outpatient

• Provide attentive care for patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy assistance in the comfort of their homes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing G-tubes effectively to ensure patients' well-being.
• Respond to and manage seizure episodes with a high level of expertise and care.
• Ensure precise and proper management of oxygen levels for patients.
• Administer medications and therapies with accuracy to promote patients' recovery.

• Must have experience working as an LVN nurse in the field.
• Proficient in documenting patient information accurately.
• Ability to deliver exceptional patient care consistently.
