Do you have a passion for golf and enjoy engaging in conversations about the game? We are seeking a Men's Locker Room Bartender to join our team at Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, an exclusive private golf club. This position is ideal for someone who loves being around fellow golf enthusiasts, can share in the camaraderie of the sport, and build strong relationships with our members. The Men's Locker Room, aka The 19th Hole, is where Golfers gather to have a bite, enjoy a cocktail, or relax over a cigar.
Member Engagements: Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment in the Men's Locker Room Bar, where members can unwind and talk golf or just about life.
Golf Enthusiast: Stay informed on the latest in the world of golf, from tournament results to equipment trends, and engage members in meaningful golf-related conversations.
Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service, ensuring all drinks and snacks are served with precision while maintaining the relaxed atmosphere that members expect.
Trust Building: Establish strong, trust-based relationships with members by being a familiar, friendly presence who knows their preferences and anticipates their needs.
Event Participation: Support golf-related events, watch parties, and club activities, enhancing the overall member experience in the locker room bar.
Bar Operations :
Handle day-to-day bar responsibilities, including inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for members.
Requirements
Qualifications: •A deep love for sports and the ability to engage in conversations about various aspects of sports.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to make members feel comfortable and valued.
•Experience working in a bar or hospitality environment, ideally within a private club or similar setting.
•A commitment to maintaining high service standards in a relaxed, social environment.
•Enthusiasm for being part of a prestigious club and contributing to its exceptional member experience.
