Taylor Corporation is looking for a Press / Print Operating Technician to join our team! Responsibilities include carrying out detailed instructions from job orders, setting up and adjusting press for job runs, monitoring product quality and equipment during job runs, initiating job start-ups according to production schedules, performing routine equipment maintenance, meeting standards for output, waste, and spoilage, adhering to safety guidelines, keeping workspace clean and organized, and completing related logs and paperwork accurately. The shift is 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday. Requirements include mechanical and technical skills, basic math skills, ability to operate equipment proficiently, understanding verbal and written instructions, professional communication, strong attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly, ability to remain stationary, operate machinery, move inside the facility, and lift up to 25+ pounds. Preferred qualifications include ability to distinguish colors, production environment experience, and high school education or equivalent.
