Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys working outdoors, keeping things running smoothly, and taking pride in a job well done? The City of Piedmont is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Operations Technician to help launch and maintain our state-of-the-art, all-electric Community Pool. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new facility from the ground up-ensuring a safe, sparkling, and fully operational aquatic space for our community to enjoy.
This position requires at least one (1) year of experience in pool maintenance and facility operations involving water chemistry, plumbing or mechanical systems for a large gallonage pool. Additionally, experience working in institutional or municipal pool operations is strongly preferred.
This part-time role (approx. 30 hrs/week) offers competitive pay ($40-$50/hour), great benefits, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment with a team that values professionalism, safety, and community service. Whether you're balancing water chemistry, troubleshooting equipment, or preparing the site for busy swim days, you'll be a key player in creating an outstanding aquatic experience.
