Plumbing Field Supervisor

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? A.B. May is seeking an experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to build and lead a plumbing team. We are a trusted home services provider offering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to residential homeowners.

Plumbing Field Supervisors earn a competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year plus a generous bonus structure .

What You Will Do:

• Lead and supervise plumbing team members both in the field and during service calls
• Provide on-the-job training for customer service and technical development
• Manage and ensure quality service for plumbing jobs, permits, and inspections
• Actively run service calls and resolve customer concerns
• Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing team members
• Foster a dynamic sales culture and growth mindset within the department
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing plumbing team
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a plumbing field supervisor - preferably in residential plumbing.
• Proven residential service plumbing experience (required)
• Licensed Master Plumber or Contractor License (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license
• Strong sales and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving company goals
• Knowledge of computer systems and software
• A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to adapt to growth and change
