Job Description
The Plant Manager will play an integral role in Fischer's continued growth and success story. If you have a strong business acumen coupled with a passion for continuous improvement; if you lead by example and are equally enthusiastic about developing talent as you are improving process, we are interested in hearing from you. Reporting to the President of the organization this position is directly responsible for overseeing the production process, facility, and people to ensure quality products are produced according to company quality standards and customer commitments. We are looking for a strong leader that focuses on collaboration, team building, continuous improvement, and efficiency. This position is responsible for leading the manufacturing, quality, safety, and maintenance functions.
