• Competitive Wages and Tips: Delivery Drivers earn a $7.25/hour base wage with $1/hour additional for any time worked after 11pm and time worked on Sundays. We offer a reimbursement per run (run = 1-3 deliveries) of $3 per run. Tips are paid out at the end of your shift... money in your pocket daily! Tip averages depend on the location and kinds of shifts you work; tips tend to be higher for evening and weekend shifts. Most Delivery Drivers earn around $20-$25 an hour with wages and tips combined.

Delivery Driver Expectations

Hit the road as a pizza hero, delivering deliciousness all around town! You work closely with the in-shop staff to finish and package orders, and then you load them up and deliver.

When you are not on deliveries, you will also take phone and online orders and enter them into our order system and help us keep the restaurant clean and well-provisioned for when the rush hits. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two shifts are the same-and there's always something fun to do!

Oh, and let's not forget about the tips-they'll have you rolling in dough (pun absolutely intended). If you're ready to join a crew that works hard, laughs a lot, and makes ridiculously good pizza, we'd love to have you!

Here are some things you'll need to have as a Delivery Driver...

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. While you will spend time sitting in your car, this is still an active job that will have you carrying large orders and hustling up and down apartment stairs!
• Must be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, knives, and other related equipment.
• English language proficiency is required for this position.
• Must pass the driver eligibility check AND have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance.
• Must be 18+ to apply. If you are 16+, you can apply for the Front of House at our Story Hill location or for the Off-sites team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide adequate identification documentation at New Hire Orientation. For more information, you can visit -9.

Scheduling and Hours

Our restaurants are most busy on evenings and weekends, so availability for these shifts is strongly preferred. Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before the restaurant opens, and closing shifts typically wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time.

Part-time or full-time hours are available. We'll try our hardest to give you the hours and shifts you want, but we can't promise the same schedule or same number of hours every week. For full-timers, we'll make sure you average 30-40 hours each week to ensure your health and dental benefits eligibility.
