• PACE program treating senior patients; patient panel of around 130
• Employed position with a strong salary plus bonuses
• Full comprehensive benefits; Monday through Friday work schedule or a 4-day work week
• Outpatient only; must be board certified or board eligible
• Spanish/English speaking is preferred; malpractice coverage provided
• CME time with a $3k stipend; 11 holidays and 22 days of PTO
