Experienced and newly trained doctors, MDs and DOs, are all encouraged to apply.This growing practice is managed by a progressive, award-winning 40-bed acute care hospital in nearby Farmington that provides services to more than 40,000 area residents. The 40+ member physician staff provides excellent colleague interaction and referral relationships. They are deeply invested in the wellbeing of the community, and their employees, with a work environment of commitment, compassionate caring, and continuous improvement.In Livermore Falls, you will join a team of two Physician, two Nurse Practitioners and one Physician Assistant. Together, they collaborate on patient care in an attractive new Medical Arts building. Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home, this well-equipped setting features a fully integrated EMR and on-site blood work/lab services, plus a friendly, skilled support staff (RNs, MAs, and a superb practice manager). In addition to primary care, this site offers Dermatology, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology, Pulmonology and Behavioral Health.Under a new model, physicians here are paired with an advanced practice provider, and together you offer a range of outpatient services for pediatric through geriatric patients, including nursing home visits. Typical services include physical exams, womens health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and the management of chronic health conditions. You may offer obstetrics, if desired. Teaching opportunities arise when medical students and residents from Portland and Boston rotate to the area. Enjoy a convenient 4 day/week schedule with phone-only call shared across several providers.
